Bakugo and Todoroki pass their provisional license exam, and on the way back to the dorm they encounter a villain who can manipulate carbonation and is using hero support items from Detnerat! No matter...Bakugo and Todoroki defeat them easily. The hero, Slidin'Go, praises them for their good work.
Class 1-A give a surprise party for their two friends that passed the license exam.
