Highlights:
Slidin-go escorts the League of Villains to Deika City, but their welcoming party turns out to be an ambush by the members of the Liberation Army!
Toga is left on her own to fight Ms. Curious and many other Liberation Army members. Curious wants to interview Toga and uses her landmine quirk to convince the young girl. However, once severely injured, Toga transforms to Uraraka. To Curious' surprise and demise... Toga sends all those attacking her into the sky by using Uraraka's quirk. She then drops them from a great height killing Curious and the other attackers.
Elsewhere, Dabi has a run in with a man who can manipulate all ice, while Mr. Compress and Spinner are fighting their own assailants. Twice notices Toga is missing and goes off to find her.
Shigaraki has become very sleepy. His decay effect is now able to go beyond the person he is touching. He manages to disintegrate a whole crowd of attackers!
Twice has following the blood to find Toga unconscious in a shed. He is beyond upset. As he cradles her in his arms, he is suddenly surrounded by his own clones! Skeptic is responsible with his anthropomorphic ability, and it's scaring the hell out of Twice.
