Highlights:
One month ago: Shigaraki is recognized as the new Grand Commander of the Liberation Army. Hawks is at the meeting and feels he was too late. If the League had only been caught sooner, then the citizens of Deika City might not have died. He knows if he's too slow, it could mean the end of Japan.
A flashback shows Dabi opening the duffle bag holding what appears to be the body of Best Jeanist.
Shigaraki visits the doctor to ask for more power. He wants to turn what All Might left behind to dust. He doesn't seem to mind that for four months he will feel hellish pain, but once he gets through it, he will have everything in the palm of his hands...even One For All.
Present day: Back at U.A. High School, the students are demonstrating what they have learned in their work studies. Little do they know that their impressive new moves will be needed soon.
The big three call for Mr. Aizawa. Seems Eri is very upset. The horn on her head is growing and itchy. Mr. Aizawa sooths her fears.
All Might gives Midoriya a notebook containing everything he could find on the previous successor quirks. Unfortunately, he couldn't find anything on the 2nd or 3rd users. The sad truth is all the previous successors died young. All Might informs Deku that he will learn "float" next.
Once the boys return to their dorm, everyone in their class is preparing a hot pot dinner. Deku is enjoying the meal with everyone and feeling blessed.
A short time later, the students are summoned. Something big is about to unfold.
