Highlights:
The episode begins one week after the "hospital" hint and two months prior to the hospital take-down.
Hawks is working with Twice and gathering intel for the Heros. The students are getting specialized training under their work studies. The Heros, along with the police, are coming up with a plan.
Two months later, Endeavor, the police, elite heroes, and the students are gathered. There will be two teams. One team will confront Kyudai Garaki, basically your Dr. Frankenstein of My Hero Academia. He is the founder of Jaku General Hospital and a close acquaintance of All for One. His diabolical experiments created the Nomu!
The next team will take down the Paranormal Liberation Front while others evacuate the civilians.
Endeavor and his group storm the hospital and face Garaki in the hall. Turns out he is a replication. All hell is breaking loose when Nomu's attack!
Meanwhile, Mirko (the No. 5 Hero) has found the real Kyudai Garaki!
