Highlights:
At the hospital, heros are continuing to fight nomus. Present Mic has captured the doctor while X-Less watches over the unconscious Shigaraki.
Tokoyami freed himself from Fat Gum, and hurries to those blue flames he spotted. He sees that Hawk's wings are horribly burned. Thanks to a massive ice attack from Geten, Tokoyami manages to escape with Hawks before Dabi could kill the number 2 hero.
Suddenly, the worst possible outcome happens. Shigaraki has awakened and is more powerful than ever. He uses his decay to destroy the hospital, X-Less, other heroes in his path and everything within miles and miles. (Terrifying to think that one man could have that much destructive power within the palm of his hands.)
Deku senses the oncoming disaster as the students of U.A. are evacuating civilians. He, Todoroki, and others try to use their quirks to stop the decay, but it doesn't work. They return to doing their best to save as many civilian as possible.
Once his decay has stopped, Shigaraki contacts Machia. Can it get much worse??!!
