Tartarus, also known as the counterquirk maximum security special prison, is where All For One is held. The more dangerous the criminal, the deeper the prisoner is kept. It's no surprise that All For One is kept on the deepest level.
Not long after the recent disastrous events, prisons were destroyed and prisoners were released. All for One, using Shigaraki's body, was the mastermind.
Meanwhile, two days later at Central Hospital, the injured Bakugo has awakened. He asks about everyone, and Sero and Sato give him the run down.
At Shoto's room, he gets a huge surprise when his siblings (except Dabi) arrive and someone else very special to him.
After hearing that Deku has not woke up, Bakugo goes charging down the hospital hall (with others trying to restrain him). "He's dead meat if he thinks he can die on me!"
