Highlights:
Deku has not woke up, because he is speaking to the previous wielders of One for All! All Might is with him. Deku is told that about 4 months One For All has rapidly grown in power, and because of that, the previous wielders can communicate with one another.
The 4th wielder, Hikage Shinomori (ability - Danger Sense), explained how he died of old age at 40 years old. To make a long story short, to use its full potential, One For All can only be passed down to a quirkless person, which is rare in today's society. Therefore, Deku may be the last wielder.
Deku is faced with a difficult question, "Can you kill Tomura Shigaraki?" Deku's replay is "One For All isn't a power meant to kill. It's a power meant to save." Deku isn't quite sure what the outcome will be, but he wants to save that kid!
Hawks and Best Jeanist come to see All Might in Deku's room. All Might tells them the boy will be waking up soon. He goes outside to talk. They ask about "One For All", and All Might says he will tell them everything.
Three days have passed since the incident and panic has not stopped. Civilians were evacuated to U.A. The heroes were catching the blame.
Not long after waking, at U.A. High, after leaving letters for all his classmates, Midoriya has left the building.
