Back when All Might was an exchange student, he saved Cathleen Bate (Star and Stripe) and her family from a villain. He shaped her to what she is today. When the request came in from All Might, she was going with or without approval from her superiors.
Elsewhere, All For One is talking to Spinner. He speaks of his many friends throughout the World a.k.a. spies. He is aware she is on her way, and his goal is to steel her quirk.
Endeavor, Hawks, and Best Jeanist are on their way to meet up with Star when they get word that Shigaraki is already facing her and her pilots.
Shigaraki/All For One and Star and Stripe engage in battle. Star's quirk is New Order: After touching something by calling out its name, she can give it a new rules!
First Star created a vacuum and instructed her comrades to shoot their laser cannons. When that doesn't deter him, she uses other various rules to pin him down. In a move with the help of her Commander Agpar, State-of-the-Art Hypersonic Intercontinental Cruise Missiles...Tiamat are on their way.
