In one of UA's conference rooms, Pro Hero instructors and Officer Tsukauchi discuss the recent villian attack. All Might hits the nail on the head when he says that Shigaraki acts like a man-child!
Although his face is heavily bandaged, Mr. Aizawa returns to the classroom.
The students are told that the annual Sports Festival will go on as planned, and they should prepare. There will be Pro Hero scouts in the audience looking for sidekicks.
All Might asks Midoriya to lunch. Once they are alone, All Might explains that he can only keep his hero form for 50 minutes. He wants Midoriya to shine during the Sports Festival and tell the World, "I Am Here!"
