Highlights:
Prior to arriving at the Coffin in the Sky, Deku received help from the American Air Force, who ignored orders and decided to stick around Japan.
After asking if everyone is all right, Deku looks around and sees the scattered bodies of Bakugo and the others. He becomes enraged and this pleases Shigaraki. Thankfully, Lemillion is able to talk Deku down by reassuring him that no one has died yet, and they still can win this fight.
Deku calms down. He asks All For One if Shigaraki is still in there? All for One says that Shigaraki no longer exists for they have melded together into a new being. Mirio tells Deku why he doesn't believe that to be true. Nana Shimura notices Kotaro's face on Shigaraki's hand.
Deku uses Gearshift (the 2nd User's quirk) when Shigaraki attacks. It has him moving faster than the speed of sound. All For One becomes irritated by this, because he remembered killing the 2nd user and his weak quirk.
With Deku using his full power and all of the prior user's quirks, a devastating blow is dealt to Shigaraki causing damage through out his body. It looks incredibly bad, but All For One insists that all is NOT lost.
Meanwhile, in front of Central Hospital, a bulked up Spinner is attempting to release the captive Kurogiri.
