Highlights:
Almost 9 minutes into the episode is what took place in episode 159 of last season. All Might has powered up using an armored suit developed by his friend in America's daughter, Melissa Shield. (See movie 'Two Heros'.)
That action continues with new scenes of the powerful fight. Although, All Might is getting more and more injured, and his suit is taking on more damage, All For One continues to rewind with the damage he himself takes. This is what All Might was hoping for.
All Might is in a dire situation. One For All is about to use a deadly blow, when he suddenly stops. Stain to the rescue! Stain has found some of All For One's blood.
Elsewhere, the Villain Kunieda has incapacitated Aoyama, Fat Gum, and other heros in the Troy area. Working with Hagakure, Aoyama is able to knock out Kunieda with his laser...even though is belt was confiscated. Funny thing is Hagakure can new be seen even if it is transparent.
NOTE: This episode's events took place in volume's 39 & 40 of the manga.
The following quote got me a bit choked up as it is so relatable.
"I just can't accept a World where those who take from otheres come out on top...and then, those who've had everything stolen....their grief turns to hatred in an endless spiraling cycle."
