Highlights:
This episode was both extremely funny and quite sad.
First up was Kaminari vs. Ibara of Class 1-B. While Mr. Ladies man is debating on asking her out after using his electrical charge, Ibara wins by quickly immobilizing him in her web of vines.
Next up is Iida and Mei. Poor Iida has been tricked by the Support Course member to be a walking advertisement for her. She was just using poor Iida, but he did eventually win the match.
The next confrontation was between Ashido and Aoyama. She managed to damage his belt. When he panicked as the acid caused his pants to fall, she knocked him out cold. (Geez...that was hilarious!)
Following up next was Tokoyami and Yaoyorozu. Poor Momo was pushed out of bounds so quickly she didn't have a chance to react. She is left dumbfounded and losing all confidence in herself.
The next test of strength is between Tetsutetsu and Kirishima. The boys are so evenly matched that after a long battle of the brawn, they end up knocking each other out at the same time.
While the matches are taking place, Ochaco is both stressing and devising a strategy. She refuses any help from Midoriya as she felt that she was relying on him too much. She gives Iida and Midoriya a thumbs up and heads to the arena for her battle with Bakugo.
