Highlights:
Ochaco uses many strategies against Bakugo, but his quick wit and strong quirk have the advantage. The crowds are getting disgusted and begin booing Bakugo for being a bully. Why doesn't he use his strength and just throw her out of the ring instead of using his explosive attacks. Aizawa gets angry with the crowd. "It's because Bakugo considers her a worthy opponent that he cannot act carelessly," he says. At this point, Ochaco's true plan comes to light. By charging in low, she kept Bakugo's attention to the ground, all to set up her weapons. She floated all the earlier debris to create a meteor shower. Bakugo noticed just in time and set off an explosion that rocked the stadium. After that, although she wanted to continue, Ochaco was at her weight capacity and passed out.
In the waiting room, Ochaco keeps an upbeat face when she sees Izuku, but after he leaves for his match, she begins sobbing on the phone with her father.
Next up Tetsutetsu and Kirishima resume their match. Due to their similarities, the winner will be determined by a arm-wrestling contest. Kirishima wins. Tetsutetsu shrugs saying that he should have added more iron to his diet. On a good note, the two become friends.
Returning to Deku, he encounters Endeavor on his way to the match. The number 2 hero is impressed with the boy's power. It reminds him of All Might. Deku/Izuku brushes it off. Endeavor tells Deku not to hold back. "It's Shoto's duty to surpass All Might as the number 1 hero," he tells the boy. Deku/Izuku tells Endeavor, "I am not All Might. He may be your son, but he isn't you."
And the 1st match of the 2nd round will be epic, but you'll have to wait until the next episode!
