Highlights:
Two new players have been brought to the League of Villians hideout. Shigaraki does not approve of them. He is in a bad mood. Their names are Dabi and Himiko Toga. When Dabi says he plans to carry out the Hero Killer's will, Shigaraki nearly destroys the two newbies, but he is stopped by Kurigiri's warping ability. Shigaraki leaves in a huff.
Meanwhile, the practical exams are over. Sadly, Ashido, Kaminari, Sato, Kirishima, and even Sero (he was sleeping) did not pass, but Mr. Aizawa surprises the class by announcing that everyone will be going to the Summer Training Camp. However, those that did not pass will be given remedial lessons.
To prepare for Camp, many of the students gather to shop at the Kiyashi Ward Shopping Mall. This is when Midoriya has a close encounter of the frightening kind! Who would have expected Shigaraki to be there???
