Highlights:
This is the intro episode for Season III, which aired one year after Season II ended. Therefore, to get everyone up to speed, there are an abundance of flashbacks. Thankfully, the whole episode wasn't just flashbacks. There is an entertaining competition that takes place at the U.A. pool.
Midoriya is exercising in his room when Mineta and Kaminari show up. They have convinced their instructors that a pool day is needed for training. Vlad and Eraserhead agree. Mineta and Kaminari even managed to convince the girls. Of course, their objective was to see them in bikini's. Imagine their disappointment when the girls arrive in their school swimsuits.
The guys become competitive and engage in a race to see which one of them can swim 50 meters the fastest. Quirks can be used. In the end, it's Midoriya, Shoto, and Bakugo, but just after they begin the final race, an angry Eraserhead shows up and erases their quirks. It's 5pm, and their pool use time has ended. Disappointing, but no one is going to argue with Eraserhead!
The episode ends with the location of the training camp changing to protect the students. However, Shigaraki is planning something sinister.
NOTE: This is a fun filler episode that takes place just before the kids leave for training camp.
