Highlights:
All Might is introduced to Izuku's new move and equipment in a big way. During Bakugo's training, a large boulder breaks free and almost crushes All Might, but Izuku uses his new move and crushes it before anyone is harmed. All for one full cowling shoot style.
That evening, the girls discuss the intensified training when Tsuyu notices that Ochaco is distracted. "It's love!" Mina blurts out...flustering Ochaco into floating.
Finally, it's time for the provisional licensing exam. Before entering the building, the U.A. students meet some of the other schools that they will be up against including Shiketsu High and Ketsubutsu High.
Mera of The Heroes Public Safety Commission informs the large group that the 1540 examinees will be competing in one massive free-for-all. Only the first 100 examinees to meet the requirements will pass. Each examinee will get 3 targets to place on themselves and 6 balls. Those with 3 illuminated targets are considered defeated. Isuku knows that other schools will target U.A. and wants his classmates to work together, however, both Bakugo and Todoroki have other plans.
