NOTE: This is a really nice intro episode to Season 4. Not only does it give some background to the characters, the episode has a unique story not found in the original manga.
The Juko News needs a scoop. Freelance Journalist, Taneo Tokuda believes that after All Might's battle with All for One, the Number One Hero was pointing to his successor when he pointed and said, "Now it's your turn!" The paper gets Taneo credentials so that he can interview and watch the students of Class 1-A. He feels that one of these students is All Might's successor. Of course, Mr. Aizawa is told that the reporter is going to write a feature on the class centering on how they are adjusting to dorm life, etc.
After photographing and watching the students all day, Taneo comes to the conclusion that All Might's successor is Izuku Midoriya (very perceptive of him). He watches Izuku and All Might interact outside when the Number One Hero brings the class a bag of meat buns.
After All Might leaves, Taneo speaks with Midoriya. He tells the young man how All Might saved his father 18 years ago. Finally, Taneo turns and says, "Midoriya, it's your turn," giving the boy a picture of All Might with his hand on his shoulder. Turns out Taneo's quirk is "Whole Body Lense." He can sprout lenses anywhere on his body. He can even print pictures on his chest. Midoriya is unable to deny the allegation, and Taneo tells him not to worry.
Later, when Taneo returned to Juko News, he tells everyone he was unable to determine who All Might's successor is, however, he was able to get a picture of All Might eating a meat bun. This seemed to satisfy everyone. (Thanks, Taneo, for keeping the secret safe.... your a good man!)
